By inviting realtors to join Stockton Turner as part-time employees, this innovative working arrangement enables realtors to be more involved in the successful completion of their sales—and to get compensated for the work they perform.
Once enrolled and trained, realtors (employed as Stockton Turner Mortgage Associates) will guide their clients through the loan process, from the selection of an appropriate loan program to final approval. By working in such tight cooperation with our home office, participating realtors will enjoy more control and greater security in providing for their clients’ needs.

Stockton Turner Offers …
 Professional Training. After training you will become designated as a Certified Mortgage Associate. At that time you will be able to assist your homebuyers in expediting the home financing process.
Earned Compensation. Our Certified Mortgage Associates are paid based on the amount of work they perform. As an enrolled program member, you will also qualify for Stockton Turner's Annual President's Club Cruise.
Ongoing Education. Stockton Turner provides complete training on express loan application, as well as the duties of a Mortgage Associate. We are also certified to host classes for continuing education credits.
No Investment Required. Mortgage Associates are not required to pay anything to join this program. In fact, we pay you as a part-time employee of Stockton Turner.
Full Legal Compliance. This program is fully RESPA-compliant, carefully designed to legally permit Stockton Turner to compensate our Associates for the duties they perform. (Due to FHA regulations, we do not compensate our Mortgage Associates for FHA-originated loans.)
Opportunities For Those With Limited or No Previous Experience. Our Mortgage Associates receive the ongoing training and support they need to ensure the best possible results, both for themselves and their clients. Absolutely NO mortgage experience is required to get started.
