TECHNOLOGY:
Stockton Turner is a very progressive and forward thinking mortgage company.  All of our systems are web based; this means you can access all accounting, processing, LOS systems (Encompass), lenders and third-party service providers through our virtual office online, 24 hours a day, seven days a week from anywhere in the world!  Register and lock loans, track closing reports, loan registers and other management reports.  We also offer data warehousing and electronic file storage capabilities for a completely paperless system.


ACCOUNTING AND BACKROOM SUPPORT:
A fully staffed accounting department takes the back room load off the branch by paying all branch expenses such as payroll and bills freeing time for the branch manager to do what you do best….originate.  You can also pull real time P&L’s to get an idea of your bottom line at anytime.  In addition, we take care of your tax reporting annual auditing administration to the agencies, states and investors (saving you precious time and thousands of dollars).


PAYROLL:
Payroll is issued every other Friday.  Paychex our payroll services provider will deposit the payroll via direct deposit.  All Stockton Turner employee incomes are W-2 reported.


TRAINING & BRANCH SUPPORT:

An orientation training session is completed with all new branch managers.  It is a comprehensive session designed to introduce the software, policy and procedures, overview of the warehouse line and a full review of HR related topics.  Our corporate staff will help you throughout the set-up process.  A branch support member will be assigned to your branch to serve you for any questions or concerns that might arise.  Branch support also assists in helping branches get set up with new lenders and loan placement.  In addition, continuing education is offered every year at our annual sales meeting in Orlando, FL. 


COMPLIANCE:
Stockton Turner is highly compliance oriented and employs strict recruiting standards.  We have industry experts on staff that will guide you in quality control, and compliance, as well as four law firms on perpetual retainer to keep up with changes in compliance regulations.  Background checks are initiated on all employees prior to an offer of employment.


CENTRAL PROCESSING DEPARTMENT:
A highly professional and efficient central processing staff is available for you to use.  Or if preferred, you may hire an internal processor or contract out.

  • CRUISE CERTIFICATES are available for Stockton Turner branches to offer customers at closing and go a long way toward fostering positive relations and referral business.

REASONABLE REQUIREMENTS FOR QUALIFYING AS A BRANCH MANAGER:
To qualify as a branch manager with Stockton Turner you must have a minimum of 2 years originating experience and an entrepreneurial spirit.  We will conduct a background check on all personnel prior to issuing an offer of employment. If you do not hold the minimum 2 years of originating experience, we can place you in an existing branch office to complete your training until you have acquired enough time to open your own branch.
